With 18 years of experience in the financial market, Frederico was a partner at XP Inc. for eight years, playing a key role in building and developing the largest network of investment offices in the country.
At XP, he also worked as Managing Director of XP Private, leading the Private segment B2B. Before that, he was a partner at AZ Quest, focusing on investor relations.
Frederico is recognized for his in-depth knowledge of the network of investment offices, where he has built solid relationships with the main partners and advisors. His expertise has been essential in the strategic direction of these businesses and in attracting major clients in the private banking segment.
With over 40 years’ experience in the financial market, Sávio Barros began his career at Banco de Investimentos Garantia, was vice-president of Wealth Management and member of the board of Credit Suisse in Brazil.
He has served more than 150 families, whose assets under his management have exceeded R$50 billion. He also participated in the creation of the Investment Consulting vertical of Credit Suisse, holding the position of CEO.
Sávio is recognized for his successful career, and is a reference in the financial sector for his expertise, leadership and ability to establish solid relationships and lasting .
With over 18 years’ experience in the financial market, he was head of the XP Mult Family Office for 5 years.
Roberto was also a partner at Turin Family Office for 6 years, and a member of the company’s Executive Committee, Credit Committee and Budget Committee.
He began his career at Banco Modal, where he worked for 12 years. He was a Partner, Executive Director and member of the Board, in charge of the Commercial, Corporate Finance and Wealth areas Management. Roberto has an MBA in Finance from IBMEC RJ and a degree in Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes.

With a solid 4-year career in the sales team at Vinci Compass, has specialized in building strategic alliances with investment offices throughout Brazil. His work is focused on developing and maintaining long-term relationships, positioning himself as a key link between and its main distribution channels, which has been crucial in expanding the brand’s presence and capillarity in the domestic market.
Its main expertise lies in the distribution of third-party products, an area in which demonstrates a profound ability to connect the best solutions on the market to the specific needs of each partner. Investment Team

A chemical engineer with a degree from USP’s Polytechnic School, he is CGA certified by Anbima. Gianfranco combines a solid technical base with extensive practical experience in creating investment strategies and customized structures. With over eight years experience in the financial market, he began his career at Votorantim Wealth Management, working in the analysis and management of funds of funds. He later joined the Credit Suisse team, where he specialized in onshore and offshore portfolio allocation, manager selection and building structured solutions for highly complex clients. Before joining at ARZ, he was a partner and head of the manager selection and allocation team at Sten Gestão Patrimonial.
A mechanical and aeronautical engineer with a degree from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA), he has diversified experience combining financial analysis, investment strategy and in-depth knowledge of the capital markets. He began his career in investment banking at Itaú BBA and G5 Partners, participating in relevant operations of mergers, acquisitions and financial advisory. Subsequently, he joined Credit Suisse, where he worked for more than four years as Investment Consultant Vice President, serving high-income clients and structuring customized investment solutions. Since 2023, it has been contributing to the selection and analysis of opportunities in the credit market.
